I also like the fact you've chosen a local Hospital for your example, I don't know why but it makes me relate to the topic more haha. But yes! I cannot agree more with educating your employee's more on using social media and associating their company in their "tweets" or posts and so forth... Too many stories about people getting fired over such a thing. The risk of being sued if it were to happen is really high. Teaching a code of conduct to ALL employees, from the cleaning person to the doctor, is therefore critical.

Nice reading you.
See you!

Aurélie.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1804010565444040052.post-85885796809260633752012-08-30T05:10:35.027-07:002012-08-30T05:10:35.027-07:00Thanks rick. :)Thanks rick. :)Zeng Hoonghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07345925942683813562noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1804010565444040052.post-31413109300758426182012-08-30T03:34:43.709-07:002012-08-30T03:34:43.709-07:00Your social media policy suggestions are very well...Your social media policy suggestions are very well written.
